'This is a brand new hotel. We were the first Expedia customers staying here. We were extremely happy with our stay. We had a great view of the water and harbour area of Ksamil. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast was was one of best we had during our stay in Albania. The roof top restaurant has amazing views. It is also where you eat breakfast. The staff working there are also wonderful. They are personable and truly want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend this hotel.'

'This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice. They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay. '

I dintorni sono abbastanza fatiscenti con carente pulizia, ma questo, a nostro avviso, purtroppo è una caratteristica comune a Saranda, cittadina sopravvalutata, sporca e caotica, forse per colpa dei turisti, dei locali e/o dell'amministrazione comunale. Resta il fatto che ci si aspetterebbe un posto di vacanza (spiagge comprese)...

"The Ilio Hotel was quite new, but there were some things not good. The bed sheets were loose, so they were all over the place. When showering, the whole bathroom was soaking wet because there was no shower curtain. The breakfast was included, but only after a little discussion. And still had to pay for the coffee, 400 lek."
