The amenities in this home are perfect for a sunny Florida vacation! The sparkling pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. With southern exposure, you’ll get sun all day long.

The lanai also includes a bathroom with shower.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.



Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.



BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
