That's why our well-stocked kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, and we even provide basic pantry items such as spices, flour, sugar, and oils. We want to ensure your arrival is hassle-free, so our welcome starter supplies include drinking water, dish soap, coffee, and two trash bags in each trash can. The bathrooms are stocked with plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer.

Should you need additional supplies or groceries, there are several mini-markets and grocery stores within walking distance for your convenience.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities! Our rental is located in a gated community with 24/7 security and offers private beach access with beach loungers and towels. The rental is equipped with air conditioning, hot water, fast private Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Ninja coffee maker, Ninja blender, KitchenAid convection oven, and a water cooler with cold and hot drinking water. These start-up supplies are provided for your convenience. You can also enjoy a BBQ grill with utensils, a security safe, free parking, and cable TV with an Amazon Cube.

To make your arrival and departure stress-free, we will assist you in arranging reliable transportation services to and from the airport. Our experienced driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign displaying your name. We highly recommend this service as the driver is familiar with the villa's location and remain in contact with us during your transfer. The transportation fee of USD $35.00 is paid directly to the driver at the airport. Please note that the drivers we coordinate with do not work for us but we offer to arrange this service to ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for our guests.

Electricity Payment Information:
We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while also being mindful of our commitment to sustainability and responsible energy usage. Therefore, we have the following policy regarding electricity payments:

1. Electricity Deposit:
An ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT of $15 PER NIGHT will be required at the time of check-in.
The electricity meter will be read both at check-in and check-out.
You will be charged at the current rate of $0.35 (USD) per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
The total electricity consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.
2. Refunds and Additional Charges:
Any refunds or additional charges for electricity will be settled at the time of check-out.
If your electricity consumption is less than the deposit, you will receive a refund for the remaining amount. Conversely, if your consumption exceeds the deposit, you will be required to pay the extra amount.

By charging guests based on their actual consumption, we can keep our nightly rates competitive while also encouraging responsible energy use. Guests have full control over their electricity consumption, allowing them to adjust usage according to their needs. 3. Average Consumption:
On average, when air conditioners are used at night, guests typically incur electricity costs ranging from $10 to $15 (USD) per night.
If the air conditioning is used continuously throughout the day, the average daily electricity cost typically ranges from $20 to $25 (USD).
