We had a great stay - the property is gorgeous and they do an excellent job at keeping it spotless. Someone is always working either on the landscaping or cleaning the property. It all feels very new still. The food is very mediocre (cannot eat here more than a week) and they have a problem where preferred guests have their butlers reserve all of the pool chairs at 5am so there are never any chairs available. That needs to be addressed asap. There are also way to many 'sales people' hanging out in the lobby trying to sell guests on experiences like the spa, wine, romantic dinners. I dont want to be hassled every morning. We also had to move rooms since the first floor was EXTREMELY loud at night with drunk people screaming. In the morning on our patio, we could hear loud construction across the street because theyre building another resort, which is unfortunate and something we know they dont have control over. But they accommodated us and moved our rooms when we asked. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind and we enjoyed our stay overall.
