This stay was far below expectations and not what was paid for. I paid on site for the Preferred Club, yet received none of the benefits and was not even allowed to use the Preferred Club facilities. I reported this issue several times and was only told “this should not happen” — no solution, no follow-up, no compensation.
I was promised that my butler would contact me, but no one ever did. To this day, I am still waiting. This felt like an empty promise just to end the complaint.
For three consecutive days, no drinks were delivered to the room. I called every day and was repeatedly told “it will come shortly”, but nothing ever arrived. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
The romantic in-room breakfast (heart-shaped) was also never provided, despite expectations. Additionally, the hotel was extremely overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and a chaotic atmosphere caused by poorly behaved guests.
Most disturbing was that cannabis was openly smoked throughout the hotel, including common areas. As a non-consumer, this was very unpleasant and no action was taken by staff.
Overall, this hotel failed to deliver on its promises. Poor service, broken commitments, and lack of management make this stay not worth the money. I would not recommend booking this hotel through Expedia.
