I enjoyed the beach, the drinks and the food. Check-in and welcome needs to improve. We were not told where we would find the restaurants, pools and how to get to the beach, we were instructed to take a photo of the map on the desk and that was it. Note, the rooms, or at least ours had a small TV with very limited channels (in case this is a big deal to others). Miguel at client services was very helpful and attentive, he helped with booking a la carte dinner reservations. Orly, also from client services was also very helpful. Hector, restaurant manager at the Fish Market provided excellent service and accommodated a last minute reservation. The lobby bar was great, friendly and entertaining. The pools were clean with plenty of room. Thanks to the staff at the buffet they were great!
