LOCATION:

Nestled in the vibrant Los Corales neighborhood of Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, Villa Pandora offers an exclusive beachfront experience with a breathtaking ocean view. Accessible through a private gate reserved for owners and tenants, this villa provides a stunning retreat in a bustling area.

Los Corales is a lively area where everything is conveniently located within walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. Whether mingling with tourists and locals or exploring the area's attractions, the area is safe to walk both day and night.

Indulge in the ultimate beach day with two fabulous beach clubs just steps away from the villa. Bavaro Beach, with its 30 miles (48 kilometers) of pristine coastline, offers endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

When you're ready for a break from the beach, explore the narrow streets of Los Corales, where you can find plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and bars serving both local and international cuisine.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 11 miles (18 kilometers) from Los Corales, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Villa Pandora is an 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 3-story, beachfront villa reminiscent of a Miami-style luxury mansion. This villa is the essence of modern minimalism paired with the most gorgeous ocean view! NOTE: Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa, requires climbing several flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available.

The villa was fully renovated in the fall of 2023 – new bathrooms, bar, kitchen, furniture and covered rooftop terrace.

Step into luxury as Villa Pandora beckons you with its grand black double front doors. The 1st floor (UK: ground floor) features a game room, bar, and a private, HEATED pool, creating the ultimate entertainment zone. Challenge your friends to a game of poker, show off your skills at the pool table, or enjoy a lively round of ping-pong. Relax in the bar area (drinks are not included), sink into the sofa, and catch a game on TV. Step outside to your private courtyard-style swimming pool, complete with a cascading waterfall, pool deck, and lounge chairs.

Ascend to the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) to discover the main living and dining area, designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals, and for an extra touch of luxury, a private chef is included (food and beverages are not included).

Dine al fresco on the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean, or head up to the 3rd floor for another outdoor dining area and kitchen/BBQ, offering even more breathtaking views. Villa Pandora is a sanctuary of luxury and relaxation, promising an unforgettable stay in paradise.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa Pandora has 8 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. NOTE: The villa does not have an elevator.

Bedroom 1 (3rd floor): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the large balcony with sun beds and oceanview.

Bedroom 2 (3rd floor): The 2nd primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the large balcony with sun beds and oceanview.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a small balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top mattress), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (2nd floor) with 2 Twin beds (can be converted into 1 King bed with a comfortable top mattress), air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 6 (1st floor, swim-out) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The English- and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
