Villa Lady Ni is located on a large estate of 1600 m2. The villa itself has 480 square meters and can accommodate 14 people.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 storage rooms with washing machines and tumble dryers. On each floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room. On the second floor there is also a children's playroom, and on the ground floor there is a gym, darts, table tennis and a place for bicycles.
In the garden of 1000 m2, in addition to the swimming pool and sunbathing area, there is a children's playground and a swing, and the entire area is surrounded by a high hedge to give you maximum privacy and comfort.
Pool cleaning is by salt electrolysis, so there are no chemicals in the pool.
Protected from prying eyes and noise, you can enjoy your vacation to the maximum.
Inside the villa there is parking for 4-5 cars.
To make your stay as hedonistic and healthy as possible, there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a table, as well as a gym. For others, there are games like table tennis, mini-football and darts. And also bicycles for those with a more adventurous spirit!
It is not a villa for parties, it is necessary to follow the house rules and not disturb public order and peace. House rules are from 11 pm to 8 am.
