Villa Ventana is an architectural masterpiece, perched on a hill above Puerto Vallarta's Los Muertos Beach, with expansive and unobstructed views of all of Vallarta and the entire Bay of Banderas and Pacific Ocean beyond. Villa Ventana is the second home in Puerto Vallarta owned and managed by the owner of a five- star luxury and award winning boutique resort in the Fiji Islands, Qamea Resort & Spa, and as such we have a solid understanding of how to deliver a quality product. From comfortable beds with high thread count Australian cotton sheets, tasteful local and international art, a fully qualified (and trained in our Fiji spa) spa therapist, and a city and ocean view that is unsurpassed. We believe that Villa Ventana will fast become the premiere rental villa in Puerto Vallarta for discerning travelers. Entry into Villa Ventana is from Calle Gardenias. When you step through the oversized wrought iron metal entry door, you will walk past an internal garden with a two-story waterfall and onto a landing overlooking the living room below, large heated infinity pool, and expansive views. On the top floor of Villa Ventana is the first master bedroom, with wrap-around private balcony, en suite bathroom with bath and indoor and outdoor shower, and a 42-inch plasma screen satellite TV. Walk down the dramatic staircase into the living room with two+ story vaulted ceilings, gourmet stainless steel kitchen, and dining room. Bi-fold oversized wood doors open up the entire living and dining room onto a large deck that wraps around the entire second floor. On the deck, there is a large heated* infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, comfortable deck furnishings, and a second outdoor living area. This floor also boasts a second full master bedroom with plasma screen satellite TV and a media room/library, also with satellite TV, and leather sofa that converts to a full size bed if needed. On the bottom floor of Villa Ventana is a third living room with two additional master bedrooms, each with two full size beds, private en suite bathrooms (with shower only), and balconies with expansive city and ocean views. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned (remote control), and all water into the Villa goes through a state of the art water purification system. Throughout your stay at Villa Ventana, you will be pampered by our house manager and personal spa therapist, Lette, in addition to two full time maids and chef. Our chef is available to prepare two meals for you each day. You only need to pay for the groceries. Connected to Villa Ventana, from the bottom floor, is a two bedroom, two bath apartment. The apartment is furnished and fitted out to the same quality as Villa Ventana, and is only available for rent as an add on to Villa Ventana. Private chef, media room, two hot tubs, expansive infinity pool, two outdoor living areas, two indoor living areas. Our house manager Lette is available on email prior to your arrival to plan your menus and pre arrival shopping, and every day to make sure your stay at Villa Ventana is perfect. Las Amapas is an exclusive neighbourhood up in the hills above the Los Muertos beach overlooking the old town of Puerto Vallarta. Taxis are cheap and plentiful in Puerto Vallarta. Rates vary: While the standard rates are $1625 per night for all 6 bedrooms, we usually offer a reduced nightly rate of $1275 for just 4 bedrooms (minimum stay 5 nights). Also, in low season discounts may apply; please enquire! Our holiday rates (Dec 18- Jan 7) are slightly higher at $2550 per night (minimum stay of 7 nights) regardless of how many rooms are being utilised. Our event fee depends on number of guests: As a general rule though, if the event caters to any more than five additional guests the fee is the equivalent to one additional night's accommodation.
