Villa Ensueno is a private villa located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and mansions on the desirable south shore of Puerto Vallarta. The villa is positioned on a point overlooking the magnificent Banderas Bay with views of the ocean that are simply breathtaking. The views begin with the rugged Pacific coastline, then extend around the bay to take in the wide expanse of the ocean and it's spectacular sunsets. To the left of the villa is the deep green of the jungle with views of palms and Parota trees that extend high up into the mountains. The views are truly some of the finest in all of Puerto Vallarta and a highlight for our guests.

During the days, the ocean changes by the minute, a panorama of activity and sound that engages the senses. In mid-December to early April you might see a humpback whale teaching her calf to breach, and on other days schools of fish and the many fishing and pleasure craft passing by.

Enjoy the tranquility of Villa Ensueno, and yet be only an 8-minute walk to one of the finest beaches in Puerto Vallarta with its charming open-air restaurant. Turn to the north and drive 5 minutes into the dynamic Romantic Zone with its many cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Villa Ensueno offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and curved archways. Most rooms in the villa open onto a patio with expansive ocean views. There are three primary bedrooms en-suite, each with a king-size bed with high-thread count cotton sheets and either hypoallergenic or down pillows, each air-conditioned. Each suite has a private bath, tiled or stone showers and interior garden space. Hair dryers, shampoo, and body wash are also provided.

The lower terrace of Villa Ensueno is clad in Canterra stone and features a saline infinity pool overlooking the south-west with a lovely cabana perfect for dining, lounging or entertaining. Opposite the cabana and separated by a soothing fountain, are two king-sized daybeds to take in the sun or enjoy a siesta.
The position of the property ensures you will enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean all day long in a setting that ensures total privacy.

For entertainment, there is a large-screen TV, Netflix, Apple TV, and wireless Internet along with indoor and outdoor Bose speakers for music. There are plenty of games and books for added enjoyment.

Upon your arrival at Villa Ensueno you will be greeted by Ana and Raul, our long-time staff. You'll be helped with your luggage, then served complimentary margaritas, cerveza, chips, and homemade salsa and guacamole. Ana prepares the meals while Raul serves dinner. Ana maintains the house while Raul keeps the pool sparkling clean and delivers frosty margaritas and fresh towels to guests in the pool. The staff prepares two meals a day with the cost of food and beverage additional. If you choose to dine in, Ana will present you with grocery receipts at the conclusion of your stay. Additionally, All grocery shopping and personal laundry is provided.
