'Room is fine (clean, comfortable - bathroom is a bit outdated and needs a deep clean/fixture replacement). Breakfast was good - included option is good enough. Above all though, the staff are what makes this hotel so special. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much. '
