Truly beautiful one bedroom one bath condo has an occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.

Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de un dormitorio y un baño tiene una ocupación de 2 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.

Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have free WiFi!

Sonoran Spa es uno de los más hermosos resorts en Rocky Point, México, ofreciendo excelentes vistas sobre áreas comunes y piscina con vista a las palmeras y al encantador Mar de Cortés. Hay una hermosa vista al mar infinito con paisajes de la vista a la distancia del malecon y un bar que sirve excelentes bebidas. La seguridad en el lugar de trabajo es de veinticuatro horas para su seguridad. El complejo incluye cancha de tenis, putting green, gimnasio, Internet de alta velocidad, spa, CATV, instalaciones de Resort BBQ, estacionamiento (sólo condominios seleccionados) y la encantadora "Playa de arena" de la Madre Naturaleza en frente. The property was as listed. The view is amazing and the location was great. My only complaint was the lack of communication as I sent multiple messages and also left a voicemail mail but received no responses. I finally went to the castaway website and found a contact number there and called that and it worked to get some responses

BEWARE - Don’t stay if you value your sleep!

The property was ok, a little outdated but very clean and very well stocked. The view of the ocean was beautiful. There was some construction going on outside but it was manageable. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were expecting to have a relaxing time but the music from the Changos bar and grill was unbearable. IT WAS SO LOUD!!! I read a review about it but figured it was an exaggeration, unfortunately it was not. The music would start after 9 p.m. and would POUND until at least 2 a.m. It was unbearably loud and continued every single night. That in itself is a reason to seek out another resort.

Nice views and clean space. The mattress is hard, squeaky and uncomfortable. The bed frame is very loose and noisy. No paper towels and no hand towels. The front door and sliding door allow outside air in. The noise from Changos live music very loud. The pool water was cloudy and the pool was extremely busy and undersized for the property. The pool bar closed at 5pm.

Great Condo with Cleanliness Issues

Nice condo overall. Enjoyed the side sliding door with additional view - even had a hawk (?) come visit us several times and sit on the railing there. When getting into the bathroom I put the bath mat on the floor only to see what looked like a blood stain. I flipped it over and pretended it wasn't there, hoping for the best. The first morning we woke up there we realized the comforter was incredibly stained and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned at all- Stained in ways I can't even bring myself to think about again without making myself sick. We immediately threw it on the floor. Luckily there was a second comforter and all we could do was hope it was cleaner and try not to think about what we slept in the night before. Overall a good condo, but please please clean everything, pillow shams, all comforters, etc. between EVERY guest stay. Still makes me queasy to think about.

Great location and condo. Only two things need to be addressed. The dishwasher needs to be bolted so it doesnt fall forward. The bed needs to have all of the support legs reinstalled. Those were minor things, view was great and we loved the pool and beach. I would stay here again

I have rented many dozens of times in Sandy Beach. I have stayed at all the “Sonoran “ complex’s multiple times.” The Spa” is a very chill resort. Great Sandy Beach location. In route through Sonoyta we got pulled over by a crooked cop for no reason and forced to pay $80 dollars or go to jail. We asked him why he pulled us over, he laughed and said it was because we are white. Serious hassle. Our companions were stopped by the Mexican Military Security Forces and searched for over 2 hours for no reason. They searched and dumped all the purses and suitcases out in the road and that’s not the half of it. Unbelievable nightmare. Sonoran Spa N801 in not worth the rates they are asking. As the prior reviews have clearly stated the dishwasher still needs to properly installed. It’s dangerous because it will open all the way and then hit you in the shin and foot...not cool. The toilet flush mechanism needs to be replaced...don’t even think about it. The bed is a joke...don’t even think about it. The furniture is old. It all need to go. TV was so staticky on all channels it couldn’t be watched. Lousy WiFi... If the owner or property manager cared about N801 they would fix the multiple repeat issues renters are complaining about. I expected them to be fixed. I would not rent N801 again. Great view though...

Nice stay - just a couple of little improvements

The view was great and the space was very comfortable with nice furniture and is well maintained in that respect. However, the dishwasher was not working and was falling over when the door was opened. The laundry area needs some work - it smells awful when the door is opened. Neither were major inconveniences since our stay was brief and there were only 2 of us - another day and both would have been issues! Would be really nice to have a new broom and dustpan - those were unusable. Those minor changes would definitely get 5 stars! Would still book again - comfortable and we have beautiful memories there!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Awesome view. Check in was easy. Grounds are lovely and well kept. Pool and hot tub were clean. Dishwasher doesn’t work. A few suspicious “stains” on the couch. Some more glasses for various drinks i.e. champagne, margarita, wine etc. would be helpful. Cable and directions for utilizing Smart TV would also be helpful. Would definitely rent again. Thanks!!

The small one bedroom is nice and clean. The mattress is sunken in the middle, u only have hot water for one person to take a shower, the TV signal is horrible. The resort came up to fix it, it took them three hours and It’s still was horrible this seems to be an ongoing problem with this unit also the unit needs some cosmetic redefining.For example I went to use a face towel and the hook holding it popped off I was able to put it back but that seem to be a trend in this unit to bad it’s beautiful but it need some tender loving care from the owner.

The place was clean with all the essentials to spend a pleasant weekend. First time at Sonoran and would definitely return. It has everything you need within walking distance. The food at Changos is great and fairly priced. Live music is featured. Pharmacy, convenience store, gym, restaurants, the pool, the beach all within reach: not too far from downtown. The views are fabulous. My wife and had a super mini vacation. You owe it to yourself to try it. Thank me later.
