Summary:

This popular vacation condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and of the gorgeous resort grounds. The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurant, Sky Bar Rooftop Lounge, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance.



The Space:

The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.



The Neighborhood:

Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, is a charming seaside town located in the northern part of the Mexican state of Sonora. The town is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch along the Sea of Cortez. The beaches in Puerto Penasco offer visitors a diverse range of experiences, from secluded coves perfect for a romantic getaway, to lively beaches teeming with activity.



Sandy Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Puerto Penasco. It is a long stretch of soft white sand that slopes gently into the sea, providing an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming. Getting Around:

Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. Visitors can use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.

We had a great time at 501C in Case Blanca Golf Villas! We stayed four nights, and here's how it went. Communication was top-notch. We were well-informed the entire time, got the check-in info in plenty of time and the condo's entry code exactly as promised. The condo is very cute with plenty of room. There were only two of us in the 2-bedroom unit, so we had plenty of room to stretch out. Appliances were all very nice, furniture was rustic-style and good, and the master bed was comfortable. The patio was great, with a table and a a lounger/couch. We played free mini-golf and went to the awesome, on-site Sky Lounge for live music. All three pools seemed great, though we didn't swim. It's a very short walk to the beach. NOT-SO-GOOD A pump broke and the water was out for about half our first day. They kept us updated on the repair progress and the water was back on the afternoon of the same day. The management company gave us a gift card for future rentals and a small/partial refund for the inconvenience. If you've spent much time in Mexico, you know things break all the time and repairs can be slow - just the way it is. The smaller bedroom faces Borracho Tequila restaurant/bar, which is LOUD at night with thumping dance music. You can hear it very clearly from this bedroom, until the wee hours, but not at all from the master bedroom. Lastly, a few spots in the condo could have used some touch-ups to the paint. Overall, great stay and we would absolutely do it again!

Easter Week getaway

2nd time staying at Casa Blanca with my wife and 2 dogs. The ocean view from this property is incredible and the grounds are nicely maintained. The condo is nice and came with everything we needed for our getaway. Our host Gaby was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. Will definitely be back!
