Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths plus a Bonus Room for the kids and teens (with its own A/C) with Bunk Beds and a window (a true extra bedroom needs a window, only Phase 1 Bunk rooms have windows, Phase 2 bunk rooms are converted closets with no egress for safety, don’t let your kids sleep in a closet!), and central A/C. You get 3 Bedrooms for the price of 2! Desk in Master Bedroom, work remotely from here!
Our unit is perfect for families! 1340 sqft + bunk room+ 400 sqft patio. More than 1700 sq ft total!

Our condo has now SUPER FAST fiber optic internet and WIFI! You can watch Netflix, YouTube and even work from there!

Our unit is located at Las Palomas Opalo Phase I (water slide, great for kids) on the 3rd floor with perfect ocean views. - the only 4 Diamonds Resort in Rocky Point. We are one of the rare units with a bonus room (bunk beds room). This is a perfect unit for families, couples, friends. Our patio is a huge 400+ square foot patio(the biggest in las palomas 2 bedroom condos). We have a large table, additional seats, etc. We have super fast free internet WI-FI, Smart TV with Netflix/Youtube, electronic wall safe, new HD TVs, cable in every room! We have every item you would have in your own kitchen and our patio faces SE so you get the sun in the am and shade in the afternoon - perfect!

Our condo has an occupancy limit of 6 people included in your VRBO rate, but it can support up to 7 people for an extra guest fee. In case there is a 7th guest over 3 years old Las Palomas will charge $35/day at checkin (only at checkin) for the extra guest. Please note, his will not be included in your Online quote! Children under the age of 3 are counted as an additional guest but not charged. Feel free to contact owner for any questions regarding this policy.

Fabulous spot for our first trip to Mexico

This is an amazing condo that is well appointed with a great location. The early morning walks on the beach are unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you enjoy the resort vibe.

Property was beautiful. Mexico overall was so much more expensive than I remembered it being. Not really saving much money for traveling there vs somewhere in the states. The property was great, wish the lazy river was heated. Too cold to enjoy in November. The store needed more grocery options being a condo resort. No laundry soap to purchase for our washer/dryer or cream for coffee we wanted. Also wish the pool bar stayed open later. Overall we had a blast!

Lovely Condo in Puerto Penasco!

Condo was spacious and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The Resort is lovely and has everything you could need or want. Communication with owner was perfect. Everything was just as advertised. One pleasant surprise is that the large balcony gets full shade in the afternoon, which is a huge plus in the summer when it can be quite hot and humid outside. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Terrible experience

My family and I have been visiting to Rocky Point since 2019 and have had amazing memories and great accommodations at the same resort (Sonoran Sun) where we stay at every year. This year we decided to go to a different resort and try Las Palomas. We cannot express our disappointment with this property and how policies are set in place here. 1st of all NO coolers or speakers are allowed in the pool areas! We have NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS ISSUE BEFORE! We pay so much money to come and enjoy our space for the days we book it is important to us to be able to play music or bring out own drinks/food!!! We were denied ALL OF THIS HERE!!! I’m all for security and being safe but the security at this resort was absolutely terrible and inconsistent with policies.they don’t allow coolers or speakers unless you are the OWNER of the condo so it is on a case by case basis?! What? That makes no sense! How do you put a label on the people that are non owners! We are renting and should be treated all alike! Security made our stay for uncomfortable and made it to where we didn’t even want to go to the pool or even the beach! My husband and kids will NOT be back to Las Palomas! EVER! Don’t judge a book by its cover! It may be upgraded and newer but the service was terrible and we felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place! After spending years with our friends from Sonoran Sun And seeing the same faces every year we will be booking our stay there next year!! Never at Las Palomas! ZERO STARS!
