This beautiful 5 star ocean front property is located just 15 minutes south of Cancun airport in a small fishing village called Puerto Morelos. Our gorgeous townhome condo has been designed with 1722 sq ft with your comfort in mind. A few of the amenities are marble floors, 5 tons air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in entertainment center with a 55 inch Smart TV, granite counter tops and vanities, and 10' ceilings throughout. Both large bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and Smart TVs. With the rental of this luxurious town home condo you will also have access to a beautiful custom design swimming pool and spa and or kiddy pool, gated semi covered parking and with elevator access. Come and treat yourself to this fine luxurious unique accommodation. Puerto Morelos has been called the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera. This is the place to relax, watch the sunrise on the beach, meet the locals and just simply soak up the warm Caribbean sun.

We had an excellent stay. Beautiful view! Apartment had everything we needed including additional chairs for the beach. Kitchen, tvs etc all were in good working order - all was clean comfortable and enjoyable! Would def return! Thanks!

Highly recommended this beautiful condo

My husband and I absolutely loved this condo. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. We used all three patios! Liz greeted us upon arrival, offered her help as needed and provided a lovely welcome fruit basket that we enjoyed all week. We have stayed in several locations in Puerto Morelos and this is our favorite.

Absolutely Great Condo, Perfect Location

My family stayed at Ocean Homes for spring break ‘24, and the property and facilities exceeded our expectations. The beach was beautiful, proximity town was great, and you could walk everywhere. The property manager (Liz) was more than helpful, very quick to respond and provided excellent suggestions for day trips and contacts. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time during our stay. Liz was great and was able to provide info on activities and transfers. Minor issues were addressed quickly. The check in process was easy. We’re looking forward to another stay soon!

Excellent Condo Right on the Beach

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The views were amazing and Rogelio did a great job of showing us around the condo. He is on-site which is fabulous when issues arise. One night we had a problem with the bedroom door lock but he came over the next morning and resolved the problem. We loved the pool but we were a little disappointing that it was not cleaned the entire time we were there. There was significant sand at the bottom and the water was beginning to get cloudy on the day we left (more of an issue with the complex, not the condo itself). The beds were fantastic! I have back issues and I woke up every day feeling well rested with no back pain. Excellent location! We walked to lunch and dinner daily and it was approximately 0.5 miles to some really great places. El Nicho & Local Coffee + Shop were delicious for breakfast/lunch. Yum Yum Wok was our favorite noodle place. We don’t recommend the Unico Beach bar right next door. The food was average at best and the drinks were subpar. So many options within walking distance. We felt extremely safe the whole time we were there. There is a locked gate at the front of the complex and a security guard who monitors the beach entrance. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

The location right on the ocean and within walking distance of many restaurants was fantastic. And it was nice that one of the owners was on-site and receptive to questions, etc.

Enough privacy to chill and unwind. But an on-site manager who checks on you when he sees you, and genuinely seems to care how your stay is going. We felt like his guest -- not just "A" guest. The complex is strikingly attractive. The unit we stayed in was roomy and well laid out. King bed was comfortable. No back ache at week-end resulting from a bed is a win. Great kitchen. If you are used to a typical Florida condo, you would be blown over here. There is nothing compact about this unit. The complex is right on the beach. Ocean Homes even has a private sectioned-off area for guests with well made palapas if you want to be separate from public beach-goers or vendors. Smack dab next door is Unico Beach Club. Close enough to run over for a quick beverage or food during the day. Unico has a masseuse and gift store and bar with swings. You can enjoy our hate Unico's music all day. You can construct your day however your mood leans. Ocean Homes' pool is big enough to play a little or to swim. And it has a separate pool area 'in the round' to sit and sun or relax with friends. Also plenty of loungers on the pool deck. Price was probably the most noteworthy thing about the location. I wish I'd known about it when we came in December with a family of 10.
