Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby.
The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber.
The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable.
On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He spoke little English but, with my little Spanish, we communicate.
The room, whilst we'll below our expectations, was quiet and the bedsheets were clean and ironed and the towels smelt fresh. The was 2 small bars of soap and packs of shampoo and body wash.
We paid €84 for 2 nights and, whilst I wasn't expecting perfection, I have stayed in similar budget hotels in Spain which were of a better standard for a similar price.
I am surprised Expedia has this on their books or at least, give a heads up about its condition
Domingo was the highlight.
