Havenwood House is a furnished two-bedroom monthly rental in Provo's Riverbottoms. Two ensuite bedrooms, a private office, a theater room, a private entrance, and two parking spaces. Weekly housekeeping, all utilities, and fast wifi are included in the rate, with no separate cleaning fee.

This is the lower level of the home. The ceilings are ten feet — taller than most main floors — and the unit is entirely yours: its own entrance, its own laundry, no shared rooms, no walking through anyone else's space. The owners (an elderly couple) live upstairs.

It suits traveling clinicians on contract, remote and project-based professionals, and anyone spending a semester near BYU who wants a home instead of a hotel room.

THE SPACE
Two ensuite bedrooms, each with a tub and shower — enough separation for two people who'd rather not share a bathroom, or for one person who wants the second room as a closet. A powder room off the living area, so visitors aren't routed through a bedroom.

Full kitchen with a gas stove stocked with cookware, knives, dishes, and small appliances — set up to cook in, not to reheat in. A large pantry room, and laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board.

A large office with a couch and room to spread out. A dining table that seats 8. A lounge with a fireplace under the ten-foot ceilings. A theater room. Central heating and air.

Sleeps 4, king beds and walk in closets in both bedrooms.
