'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.

'The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.'
'Great location away from the grace bay strip area. Modern and very clean property and rooms. The AC stayed cold in the room which was a huge plus after a long day at the beach or the pool! The pool was also great and the food was very tasty - including the pizza, pasta and coffee! Loved the welcome drink as well, a great touch to start your vacation!'

'I absolutely loved my stay at Royal West Indies! The property is beautiful, lush, and so well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and the bartenders were fantastic - especially Gab!
