We enjoyed our very short time while attending child's college graduation. Host was excellent to work with. Although pet friendly, we did not bring our dog, but he would have loved it. Home is very roomy, lots of front door parking and everything you need for a great stay.

The host was wonderful and worked with us through changes due to family medical issues. The house is wonderful and priced so well for everything it has to offer. Highly recommend for your next stay in this relaxing, beautiful and family friendly area!

Excellent owner communcation. Host was very responsive to any question.Parking was ample for multiple cars.Kayaks were used almost every day, sometimes juts for paddling, for wildlife watching, and fishing as well.Rooms were comfy, no issues. Kitchen worked well. A few items (spatula, tongs, one pan) had been previously (ab)used by other guests but were functional enough. But that is to be expected from time to time; it did not detract from the stay and there were alternatives that worked well.We did not use the laundry but it appeared fully functional and satisfactory for any laundry we might have had to do.All in all, a great stay in a great house by a great host.

Property was clean and had everything you needed. Great for our dogs too. Lake area was beautiful although it was very cold while we were there. Very quiet peaceful little neighborhood. It was about a twenty minute drive to downtown Prosperity and 25 min to downtown Chapin.

Secluded and quiet

This property is perfect for a quiet vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle. The home is perfectly set up with an outside deck that’s massive. It overlooks the lake, and the scenery is beautiful.
