'Clean room and very friendly staff'

'Geweldig hotel. Zeer ruime kamer, moderne inrichting en alles werkt vlekkeloos. Mooier dan mijn eigen huis :)'

'Grote kamers. Handige ligging. Ontbijt niet super, maar oke.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was perfectly located, the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with all our needs. There is also a lovely bistro on the first floor, which was perfect for enjoying brunch before checking out. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!'

'Breakfast was lovely!'

'Voortreffelijk hotel centraal gelegen in het oude centrum van Ottawa op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden zoals het Parlementsgebouw, het Rideaukanaal en tal van restaurants e.d. Mooie ruime kamer op grondniveau met eigen terrasje. Zeer schoon, heerlijk bed en uitstekende service. Prima ontbijt inbrgrepen. Zeer aan te bevelen.'

'Room size was large Friendly staff Pool and a gym Good location and close to public transport'

'We had a good stay at AC Hotel Ottawa. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the location. There were quite a lot of homeless people around the area, which unfortunately made it feel less safe and comfortable, especially in the evening. Because of that, the overall experience was slightly less enjoyable. Still, the hotel...

'Clean, nice room with airco'

'L'ambiance et la décoration sont super. La chambre était impeccable et confortable. L'emplacement correspondait aussi très bien à ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine et du sauna en famille.'

'Really enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and the room was very clean! The area around the hotel was also very good. It’s right in the city center and close to any of the major attractions. Also nice to have a place to store your suitcase if you’re leaving long after the check out time. '

'Super helpful stuff!!! Clean hotel!'

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'Top locatie op tot rust te komen'

'Great location in Byward Market.'

'The hotel is well located downtown. The breakfast buffet was really overpriced, at over $100 for a family. Parking is really expensive too. The staff helped us change rooms because an ice machine just outside our first room door was making very loud noises. Rooms and beds are pretty good, but nothing too special.'
