'Lovely historic hotel in the heart of old town Zürich.'

'The exquisite garden and outstanding staff make this hotel a true gen'

'Beautiful apartment located in a great location near great restaurants, shops and river! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment.'

'Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent'

'Staff friendly and attentive. Room is comfortable and with nice amenities'

'Mooi hotel, goede ligging, mooi met uitzicht op de Matterhorn in de ontbijtzaal.'

'Heel netjes, bijzonder vriendelijk, kleinschalig en top locatie!'

'Great but still too expensive Well located in the heart of Zurich The boat trip to Hotel Alex at the Lake for lunch is really great experience!'

'Nice hotel in a lovely neighbourhood. Not too far away. Friendly service, but the value for money could be better.'

'The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay.'

'- 310€/day for a s''''-hole: - NO amenities - UN-comfortable bed(you have to crawl over your neighbor's place to get in or out of the bed - linen and sheets were overused and smelly - unpractical shower-space (with curtain over the loo - unusable table clogged between wall and bed - room was not serviced for 2 days - no coffee machine nor fresh water in the room A FIVE ***** PRICE-TAG FOR A BASIC 0* SERVICE'

'We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the hotel is in close proximity to the tourist attractions in Zürich and easy to reach by car, there is a large car park next door which is also reasonably priced. We also arrived rather early and received an early check-in free of charge, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are modern and have good amenities. The staff was also very polite and helpful, we will definitely come back.'
