'When we reserved we asked if they had truck/boat parking? They said yes and they did not. Lobby, hallways and elevator carpets were very dirty. Rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have the resteraunt/bar attached to the motel, great food! Breakfast starts at 6AM but eggs and sausage were 15 minutes late. Also I might add that there must be a biker bar close by because we had to put up with that noise until around midnight! It's close off 35 and gas and food are across the street at Kwik...

'Blood and black hair on the bed. Not cleaned obviously. Not offered a refund, discount or new room. Disgusting.'

'Everything was wonderful, except we paid to have a lake view and both windows had broken seals. This means they were fogged up and had condensation between the panes. The left one wasn’t bad and we could still enjoy the view, so we didn’t raise a stink. But still… The other issue is that, for us, the bed was not comfortable. You could feel the crossbar through the mattress. Bottom line, the staff, and the ambiance erased any of the issues, and we will likely book again the next time we go to...

'Clean room I liked the whole experience'

'Overall it’s ok here. Check in took a long time even though it wasn’t that busy. Bed sheets smelled odd. More options for breakfast would be great like muffins to go. Overall not bad, but there is room for improvement.'

'The room was clean and comfortable and overlooked the canal. The restaurant was good. We had dinner there and the food was good but a bit expensive. The outside patio was great. We sat by the fire in the evenings, right next to the lake, and watched the boats going through the lift bridge. We had a really nice time and would go back.'

'Schone en ruime kamer. Hotel is duidelijk onlangs gerenoveerd. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is prima. De gratis cookies om 20.00 uur ‘‘s avonds zijn een leuk extraatje. Recht tegenover een winkelcentrum, handig gelegen nabij de doorgaande weg.'
