Villa Frantin offers modern accommodation in Privlaka, just 150 m from the sea, 2.5 km from the town of Nin, 14 km from Zadar and 25 km from Zadar Airport, close to the charming areas of Zaton, Vrsi and Vir.

Privlaka is known for its indented coastline, beautiful sandy beaches and shallow sea ideal for children, young people and the elderly.
Within about 2 km you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The object has modern lines, built as a semi-detached house in a pair with Villa Lela, and it covers approximately 230m2 each.
There is a spacious 90 m² rooftop terrace with internal access, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying the view or the hot tub.

In front of the house there is a spacious terrace with lounge furniture, a yard in which there is an 8x4m heated pool in glass mosaic, an outdoor shower, a large covered pergola with a wood-fired grill and briquettes, a sink and a large table for socializing for 10 people.

There are deckchairs for sunbathing in the surroundings of the pool.
150-300m from the house there is a grocery market, a kiosk with a bakery, a stand with fruit and vegetables, a hotel restaurant, a beach bar with a large selection of drinks, pizza, burgers, grilled meat, ice cream.

On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious air-conditioned living room, a dining room and a modern equipped kitchen that form one beautiful open space, also a bathroom and one bedroom equipped with two separate beds, a wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning.

On the first floor of the house, we have four bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms, and in total there are four bathrooms in the house, three of which have walk-in showers and one with a bathtub.
Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable upholstered beds, wardrobes, each has a smart TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, an air conditioning unit and electric blinds.
From the two bedrooms on the 1st floor you can go out to a spacious terrace of 20m2 with a view of the pool and the sea, the orientation is south.

We equipped the house with Starlink fast WiFi internet, PS5, Jacuzzi (Hot tub), infrared sauna, bicycle rental, table football, darts, bikes for rent, etc. contents that will make your vacation even more fun and satisfying.

With Check-in, a necessary deposit for possible material damage in the amount of EUR 600,00
