Perched on a dramatic ocean bluff above the surf, Keoniana Kai, a 3-bedroom (King, Queen, Queen), 4-bath architectural masterpiece, that sits with panoramic ocean and white water surf views.

Keoniana Kai, located in the prestigious town of Princeville, is an amazing handcrafted home which boasts one of the most magnificent views from every room in the house with the exception of the den (bonus room). The rooms are all very private and set apart from each other providing ample space for everyone. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is 2,700 square feet of comfortable living area plus 800 sq. ft. of deck space and covered lanais. The covered 1st floor patio leads to a dipping pool/hot tub area that overlooks the ocean. Another outdoor dining area off the kitchen provides another spot to relax and enjoy the views

Keoniana Kai is a wonderful home for family, friends or for a romantic getaway, it provides two sitting/living room quarters, a fully equipped kitchen for delicious home cooked meals, a well maintained and manicured landscaped yard, access to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of the Princeville Center. Disclosure: Please do not park/block the driveway. Public beach access runs through the property. Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant. Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate. There is no lifeguard at the beach from nearby access. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.

Amazing property! Very quiet and secluded overall. Be aware that a public access trail to a small cove (which is awesome!) runs through the front yard so you’ll have people walking past the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs and pool feel more private.

Great App with property details and check-in details. This property has the best equipped kitchen and more spare towels and bedding than any VRBO we have stayed at. The garage had bikes and full beach gear to use during the stay. The property manager responded immediately to minor questions and issues.The view is incredible, and the pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that was the safest we have ever felt on any vacation.The trail to Sealodge beach is past the drive so it felt like we had a private beach, albeit with a hike. Some reviews complain about the public beach access running past the house, but everyone using the access was quiet and respectful. The beach requires a hike with 200’ of elevation on a narrow trail, and the closest parking is 2 miles away, so there are not many people using the beach access on any day.We toured most of the island and didn’t find another location better than this neighborhood and property for staying with a family.

The property management company was 10/10 to work with! They were very accommodating to a few requests and helped make our two week stay awesome! The house is armed with gorgeous ocean views & Sealodge beach trail access is right on property! We cooked or grilled most nights and the house had everything we needed for that. We had a really comfortable stay!

Beautiful View and nice pool. Great hike down to the private little beach. Wonderful neighborhood and nice access to everything. The home could use some updating and better cleaning, in the bathrooms especially. The biggest issue was that the screens do not work well and we had lots of bugs in the house.

The Perfect Location!

Keoniana Kai was a great home for our family? Location is exceptional and a nice balance between manicured community and a step into the wild as you hike down to the Sea Lodge Beach - itself pretty much private. Pool and spa were awesome. No need for AC! Seriously, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and we will be back!

Incredible location and views. Our concierge was great in organizing & scheduling activities across the island-subset cruise, tubing, hikes, etc. Falling asleep & waking up to the ocean waves was the highlight. Our 6th family trip to Kauai-always stay in Princeville. This is by far the best location bar none.

We loved the views and the beach below. The icing on the cake was waking up to surfers being towed out in front of the home to surf the big swells! Amazing to watch. The home felt very comfortable and private. The location is perfect for easy access to anywhere on the North Shore. We love Princeville and the walkability. Very convenient.

Bathrooms are very small and not well ventilated. The kitchen is small and the lighting in the house is inadequate. There is a utility easement along the property which seems to be used as a public beach access. This was not disclosed.The view is spectacular which is the property’s best feature. The outdoor eating area is small and on a separate level from the outdoor grill.

Great family get away!

This property is perfect for a family looking to settle in and truly relax. It has ample room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing while also having great spaces to gather together and spend time enjoying the beautiful views. It is spacious yet cozy and quiet. Wonderful house in paradise!

Our party of 4 found this house to be the perfect location to celebrate my 60th birthday. with the exception of the den, each room has an amazing over ocean view. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining lanai and pool area (which was completely screened from the adjacent house). The property is exactly as depicted in the description and was scrupulously clean. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. We loved our stay and are already planning to return next year!

Views are fantastic! We were able to watch whales and surfers from the deck. Very close to the golf course and short drive to Hanalei which was great. Nice property but a bit dated. House gets hot during the day. Had to pay extra for two portable AC units for 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Home

This was an amazing home. We were concerned initially about the lack of AC but the home didn't really need it and the management company offered portable AC units for a small cost. The amenities, location, and resources provided at the house were everything we could've needed. The one downside was that you cannot park in the driveway because it leads to an access road for Princeville town. You have to park in the garage or in front of it which is steep. That being said, it would not hinder me from staying there again. Thank you!

Loved our vacation. House beautiful, best views ever, pool and hot tub really nice. Enjoyed meals, game and movie time. Slept well. The description of access to beach needs updating to reflect rigors of non paved trail that descends steeply over dirt and trees, roots, narrow path, over rocks til you reach the beach. Found everything we needed, enjoyed a snorkeling cruise and great sushi at Dolphin!

View and ocean breeze are phenomenal

This place is just spectacular! While there are some minor updates needed (cabinets that don’t close, tiny master bath, grill that needs replacing), the view, the ocean breeze, the seclusion override everything and make it a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of space to siewsd out both indoors and out.
