« I don’t often leave reviews unless I believe it is warranted. I did like that there was breakfast but that was also kind of a joke because nothing was refilled if something ran out. I didn’t like how none of the staff actually spoke to each other. They often didn’t seem like they knew what as going on. « Close driving distance to boardwalk / beaches. Fairly new hotel. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for overnight stay and close to convention center, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Breakfast buffet was good. »

« Entering the hotel you’d think it were clean. The sheets and pillows had stains on them and we had to wait for someone to come check us in for about 15 minutes no sign was left telling us someone would be back just no one there. I have really bad allergies and my skin broke out instantly when I laid in the bed like the sheets weren’t clean. One of the staff members was really nice the others seemed upset that we wanted to check out early due to us not being comfortable and needing a wheelchair...

« Unfortunately we had a very hard time with even checking in to this place. Expedia had to save the day, and it was on Mother’s Day weekend. I will never be back! We come to Florida quite a bit, but we will never go back to this place. Staff are rude and manager is the worst. Rooms were hott and ac barely worked. »

« Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊 »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Pb à l'arrivée ( à 17h) notre chambre avait été annulée ( pb de carte bancaire ?? ) ils auraient essayé de ns joindre par tél mais impossible avec notre N° international (!!!). Il a fallu reprendre une chambre à un prix bien supérieur qui a pu être négocié le matin au départ avec la personne présente à ce moment là. Merci. »
