'Couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.'

'Wish there had been a luggage rack to take your personal stuff to your room'

'This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it.'

'For one night as we passed through West Texas on our way to Fort Worth, this was a clean, comfortable, and spacious motel with well-maintained rooms. It checked all our boxes: Everything in the room worked, the shower had good pressure and easy-to-regulate water temperature, and we had all the room we needed for our luggage and electronics. Studio 6 is way better than a Motel 6—a relief for us, as we've had lousy experiences at Motel 6 properties.'
