Weddings require the Zebra Venue to be rented.

- Pre-Arrival Requirements: Guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, House Terms Agreement & Lease within 24 hours of booking. Prescott City Short-Term Rental Code 4-9 requires a government ID verification, securely submitted through our provided link. Reservations are not confirmed until forms are completed.
