Pine Needle Retreat is a sweet little studio perfect for a romantic getaway, a short or a long-term stay. Nestled in the Ponderosa Pines just a few minutes from Historic Downtown Prescott, this studio features all the comforts of home. The sleeping area has a cozy, king size bed, bedside tables and Smart Tv. Pine Needle retreat brings big comfort in a small space for travelers and adventurers.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!


INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: The open concept living room features comfortable chairs, footstools, tables and lamps. A perfect reading nook! Stream your favorite shows on the Smart Tv.

Kitchen: The open concept kitchen features everything for your cooking needs except the ingredients. Appliances include, refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, oven and stove. There is a dining area that seats 4.

Bathroom 1 : This bathroom features a shower/tub combo, single sink vanity and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.


Bedroom 1: The studio features a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is clothing storage in the armoire and closet space available to guests.

Laundry: There is a stackable washer and dryer available for guests which is located in the bathroom.

OUTSIDE
Pine Needle Retreat offers a serene, private patio area featuring a propane fireplace and seating. The home is just minutes from hiking and biking trails including one of our favorites Aspen Creek Trailhead.

*Other things to note:*
This studio shares a property with Winter Pine Retreat, another vacation rental sleeping 6. Guests will have complete sanctuary as there are not any shared spaces.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES
•     No parties or events allowed without prior consent.
•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
