Enjoy a sophisticated retreat in this 100-year-old home. Fully renovated to take advantage of the original charm but modernized for a luxury get-a-way.

The stylish property is located in downtown Prescott, just a block from the Courthouse Square. At 650 sq ft, the suite is an entire home away from home, ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a luxury firm Saatva mattress. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and glass panel for a spa-like feel. Brew a cup of coffee or prepare an entire meal in the brand-new kitchen stocked to open a bottle of wine or host guests for dinner. This living space has everything to make you feel at home: high speed WiFi, 55” Samsung smart TV, YouTubeTV for live entertainment, ability to log into your Streaming Services through RoKu, washer and dryer, Keurig, drip coffee pot & espresso machine.

When you’re not cuddled up on the couch, enjoy the outdoor spaces. A picturesque sunset view of Thumb Butte can be soaked in from the cozy rocking chairs nestled on the front porch. And if you’re lucky, the Hassyampa Inn will have a live band playing on the patio creating a perfect playlist to enhance the experience. Out back is a secluded, fenced yard to savor a beverage and intimate conversation. Also an area where a 4-legged travel companion can securely enjoy.

Just a short walk and you're downtown experiencing whiskey row, restaurants & shops, museums, the elks theater, farmers market, Sprouts grocery store, breweries, the meadery, tasting rooms and antique stores. From the suite, access over 300 miles of mountain bike trails and take a short drive to hikes, lakes, casinos, Yavapai College, Prescott College, and Embry Riddle.

This was the second time we came to Prescott for Christmas. We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. The owners allowed us to check in early because there were no other guest before us, which was so convnient. Otherwise, we would have had to wait around for 4 hours, to get in, once we arrived in Prescott. We were able to get all settled and then go sightseeing. We had a little trouble with the WIFI and the owners popped over immediately to help us out with that. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the king bed was very comfortable. Lovely fixtures in the wash room which match the architectural era of the house. The description of the location was better than we expected. Just a short walk to the Courthouse and Wiskey Row. The owners referred us to a few good restaurants within walking distance. Actually, there was a good restaurant, Red White and Brew, a half a block away, where we had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner. There is a fenced in back yard so we could let our dog out, without worry. It has a nice BBQ too. There were plenty of paper products, towels and sheets. It has a coffee grinder to make our morning coffee. The house is much larger than it looks in the pictures. I hated to leave, but we will be back again next year.

Nicely appointed suite had everything we needed for our stay in Prescott. The property is conveniently located a short walk to Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square with many choices for dining. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. We'll definitely book the "Downtown Suite Across the Street" again when visiting Prescott. Thanks!

I had a great stay here with my dog. The house itself is really cute, especially as a big fan of early 1900s Victorian houses - its high ceilings give it a very spacious, airy feeling. The location is right downtown, so I could do a quick walk to a coffee shop, dinner, or around the courthouse. I would love to stay here again on my next trip up to Prescott.

Picture Perfect

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the place was somehow even cuter in person. Check in couldn’t have been made easier including the parking directions. Location was perfect and loved the closed in outdoor area for my doggo. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bed super comfy! Would absolutely recommend/ stay again.
