On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three charming double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa has 2 balconies. The villa is located in Sutomiica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbour in the village of Preko. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town centre offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is famous for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun). The island is home to pine forests, sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal blue Adriatic Sea. Ugljan is the perfect starting point for day trips to the Telaica and Kornati National Parks.
