'On our first night there, the AC was making loud noises. We mentioned it to the manager in the morning and right away he contacted maintenance and they replaced it with a new one. Great service,'

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'The sheet had stains and the comforter was ripped, when we exchanged the comforter and sheets for new clean ones the comforter we received still had stains on them. The chair in the room looked like it was not clean and had rips in the fabric. The morning staff person was nice.'
