Furnished with high quality furniture in contemporary alpine style, the apartment "Mountain Residence Kasern Nr 4" is located on the top floor and has a living area with cozy reading corner, a well-equipped kitchen with oak dining table and dishwasher, a bedroom with beds made of Swiss pine wood, a bathroom with shower and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a blanket made of genuine sheep's wool, pine scent, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT-TV and a washing machine. Mountain Residence Kasern receives clean electricity from its own hydroelectric power plant and drinking water from its own source. Yoga mats and backpacks for hiking are available in the apartment. The child-friendly accommodation also provides a crib and a children's high chair.

In summer you can enjoy leisurely walks, challenging high-altitude hikes or mountain bike tours. The private natural pool "Wiesa Werfa" of the Mountain Residence Kasern, a river with crystal clear water, can be reached after a 45-minute walk. It promises cooling off on hot summer days. In winter, you can go snowshoeing through the gorgeous snow-covered surroundings, climb the nearby three-thousand-meter peaks with touring skis, or rent cross-country skis and take a spin on the "Sonnenloipe". A toboggan run and a small ice skating rink can be reached in five minutes.
