The Space
A charming apartment with free parking, located in a quaint stone tower on the top floor and spread over three levels.

With its multiple sleeping accommodations and well-laid-out rooms, this splendid apartment in the tower is ideal for couples, groups of friends, or families who wish to share their stay without sacrificing comfort and privacy.

The apartment features two queen-size beds, one on the lower level and one on the upper attic level.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, both equipped with a spacious shower stall, a full set of bathroom fixtures, and a welcome kit with shampoo and body wash dispensers. The master bathroom also features an elegant double sink.

There is a distinctive, cozy, and very quiet living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. The Smart TV offers access to Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime for enjoyable moments of leisure and relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Caffitaly coffee machine, kettle, and air fryer. Ideal for those seeking a unique stay that combines modern comfort with historic charm.

The apartment is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit, and an intercom. There is no elevator.

The building is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL): you cannot drive right up to the building, but the train station and the Porta al Serraglio parking lot are just a 5-minute walk away.

🚶‍♂️ The closest parking lot is Porta al Serraglio, just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the train station (which is very convenient for reaching Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and Versilia).
