L'albergo è posizionato vicinissimo al centro di Prato, comodo da raggiungere. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The hotel’s quality-price ratio is quite good. Overall, I had a very nice experience. Firstly, the place is located close (walking distance) to the train station, the historic centre and many high quality Italian restaurants. The hotel lacks elevator, that was not a problema for me, but it might be for someone with reduced mobility. In any case, the recepcionist kindly offered to give me a hand with my suitcase. The room, an individual one, was quite spacious and the individual bed was sufficient (and I am a tal person, 182 cm.). The air conditionedwas really necessary in the hot Italian summer. Most of the time the hotel was quiet enough so I could rest and sleep comfortably. I did not try the breakfast option, not because I did not like the look of the food but because I prefered to have breakfast at the conference I was attending to. If I had to point out anything negative: The plugs were not big enough for the laptop chager.
