'Foi uma experiência muito boa, realmente me senti bem acolhida no espaço, tudo muito confortável e limpo. Deixaram uma coberta bem quentinha que fez toda a diferença. 'Apartamento bom, equipado, com cama confortável e chuveiro a gás bom. Tudo relativamente novo. Comunicação fácil com a equipe Charlie pelo WhatsApp, basta pedir ao robô para falar com atendente que te transferem na hora para atendimento humano. Único ponto negativo é que, por ser um apartamento em edifício residencial sem porteiro no local, com portaria remota, a cada entrada no prédio precisa interfonar e fornecer os dados para liberar a entrada. 'O atendimento dos funcionários é maravilhoso, super prestativos. Minha neném vomitou duas vezes por causa da viagem e eles prontamente trocaram as roupas de cama. O estacionamento é bem acessível só não é coberto. O sistema de segurança deles é com reconhecimento facial e tem lavandaria. Já o café da manhã é o básico do básico, com pães dormidos, café frio e na segunda-feira nem bolo tinha e o abacaxi era velho, a iluminação do quarto bem ruim, não tem serviço de quarto no final de semana,...
