If you give 5 stars there is nothing to improve 😀 Staff is definitely 5 ⭐️ Friendly helpful staf at the reception and restaurant. Room is large and clean with a perfect bathroom, rainshower is setup with more than enough space. Bed is a bit soft also the pillows. Windows on the 6th floor are so small you have no view at all. Control of the roomlights is perfect and easy to use. But a 5 star hotel needs at least smart tv’s where you can share your own series from your phone tablet or laptop 😎

We (2 adults, 1 kid) stayed 1 night at the deluxe premium room. Very spacious, super clean and neat bathroom as well as the room itself. Although all services at the hotel were closed, except for the restaurant, due to COVID19 regulations, the atmosphere and the location made a very enjoyable stay.
We will definitly stay here again.

Fantastisch hotel!
We zijn vier nachten gebleven in dit top hotel, locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum en alles op loopafstand. Zeer luxe kamers met leuke goodies en zelfs elecktrische gordijnen!

We were not offered any of the VIP options, free breakfast and when we asked Reception they did not seem to know anything about that. We were charged to use the pool, sauna and steam room which we have never had at a 4 star hotel we have visited .Do not feel this was an acceptable.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Nicht gefallen hat uns, daß wir für unsere erwachsenen Söhne ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer gebucht haben und dieses dann mit zwei Einzelbetten und einer Pritsche ausgestattet war, die für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet ist. Nach Reklamation hat uns das Hotel für die letzte Nacht ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer angeboten, aber keine Vergütung für die beiden Nächte davor gewährt.

Leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer, hell leuchtende Bedienleisten am Bett für Klimaanlage etc. stören beim Einschlafen, Vorhänge gehen nicht komplett zu. Das Badezimmer hatte einen großen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Large, comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet. Exceptionally well located. Within walking distance of many sites, pubs, and restaurants. I only wish that cable TV had an English service. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

***Best hotel we have ever stayed in**
We arrived 3 hours early for check in so we got to enjoy the lounge where we had drinks and food included in our stay. The choice was unbelievably great. The location was perfect, really central to everything. Staff we so friendly. Our room was the room that kept on giving, especially loved the automactic opening of the curtains and the bathroom and the beds were so comfy. Ate at the hotel restuarant as both nights as the food was world class and we enjoyed the casino where we won money both nights, easy to sign up and got given a free drink. Enjoyed the majesty bar in the evenings aswell and the entertainment was fantastic. We will most definately be returning it made our stay. 10/10

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Expedia you ruined my 56th birthday!!!! I got a very small room in a hotel maybe 3 stars maximum 4 and you said five and told your gold friends etc...
It's disappointing that you don't live up to what you advertise, I didn't get anything!!! I didn't even get the room before 3 o'clock and they didn't agree to return it for another second, a real shame and disgrace!!!!!

Rooms are well appointed, with all amenities, and beds are very comfortable! Wall buttons for lights and drapes is a wonderful convenience. The included breakfast is spectacular! Top notch buffet with something for all diets. The hotel also had a beautiful bar. Walking distance to so much...Old Town Square, a mall, tons of restaurants and lots of local shopping!!! I highly recommend Kings Court!!

The hotel was just perfect. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast, the room was large, spacious, 2 amazing showers, very very clean. adelle restaurant was very good. I highly recommend the hotel, I will definitely come back again

Outstanding property in Old Town Prague. Superb location and the hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. That was my second stay at the hotel and if I go back to Prague again, I will stay there a third time.
