One double bedroom is air-conditioned, while the second bedroom has a fan. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kW per week (approximately 17 kW per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kW.
