Nestled in the breathtaking views of Positano and featuring an elegant Mediterranean style, our Villa Positano Vista Retreat offers guests a memorable experience and a fairytale stay. Considered one of the most exclusive properties on the Amalfi Coast, the villa is strategically located and from its panoramic terrace, guests can enjoy a dream view of the iconic Positano landscape.



The Space

Situated in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, precisely in Positano, Positano Vista Retreat offers a luxurious experience and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 guests. With its breathtaking panoramic views, private pool, indoor spa and elegant interiors, the property covers an area of 450 square meters on three levels.



Ground Floor:

• Spacious living room with large windows offering breathtaking views of Positano and its gulf.

• 1 Double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and access to the panoramic terrace with a jacuzzi (2.30 x 2.30 meters).

• Additional 1 Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



Lower First Floor:

• Spacious dining room, a table for twelve people, and large windows with a breathtaking view.

• Well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine (American coffee machine, espresso machine, pour-over coffee maker), and everything needed for enjoying a dreamy evening on the terrace, perfect for charming outdoor dinners.

• 1 WC with a sink.

• 3 Double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower. Two of these rooms have access to the panoramic terrace.



Lower Second Floor:

• 1 Double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower.

• Fitness area with a Turkish bath.

• Private pool of 4x10 m, offering a refreshing oasis.

• Access to the panoramic garden.



Additional Features:

• All rooms offer panoramic views, immersing guests in the beauty of the surroundings.

• The villa is equipped with an elevator for maximum convenience.

• Private parking for up to 3 cars, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.



Positano Vista Retreat has a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven and is equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating. Guests can use Wi-Fi for free within the property and entertain themselves with a 43-inch HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth audio system, Game Console: PS3, and books and reading material. There is also a fireplace and a jacuzzi in the garden. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have access to the entire property. There are no common areas with other guests inside the unit. To reach the villa, you will need to climb about fifty steps. The villa has ample private parking where guests can access with 3 cars. Inside the villa, there is also an elevator for the exclusive use of guests.



Other details to note

In order to finalize the reservation a 30% not refundable deposit has to be paid upfront.



External catering and private chefs are not permitted without prior authorization from the property, unless an exception is granted for an additional fee.

• City tax: €2,5 per adult per night

• Grocery shopping service: €50 (on request)

• Refundable Security Deposit is required upon arrival : 2000€ total

Room Keys:

Three sets of keys are available for adult guests. The loss or the theft of a room key must be reported immediately.



Waste:

It is necessary to separate waste collection. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for undifferentiated waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.

The housekeeper is available to guests every day for breakfast preparation (groceries not included). House cleaning is scheduled every day, and linen change is on Wednesdays.



Damages and Additional Expenses:

You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.



Parking:

Private and guarded parking is available on-site for up to three cars for villa guests.
