‣ FAQS

• Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight—after that time, a midnight fee will be charged

• Check-outs end at 11:00 am; after that time midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged a full night.

- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.

- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.

→ Whenever you leave the accommodation, during and at the end of your stay, remember to switch off the air conditioning, heating, lights and electrical appliances!

→ Garbage should be deposited in the containers available around the accommodation. We ask for your cooperation so that no garbage accumulates inside the apartment.

→ Respect the house rules and the environment! We are in favor of sustainability and good coexistence and we believe that these points make your stay an incredible experience. :)

- This houses requires a €500 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
