Explore the Foz Market, a vibrant place to discover local produce and delicacies. The area is also known for its sophisticated boutiques and art galleries, ideal for a stroll. The waterfront promenade invites you to walk, cycle, or simply relax on a terrace overlooking the sea. For those seeking culture, Porto's downtown is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a one-minute walk away.
Getting Around:
To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is well connected to the public transport network, with several bus and metro options nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away or can be reached by public transport, with journey times varying depending on the route and traffic.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
In case of lost keys, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be upon request.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If the limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry to a team member to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
