The Space:

Enjoy a cosy and bright studio located on the fourth floor, accessible by lift, featuring a private balcony with stunning views over the vibrant Baixa district of Porto. The space has been thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and functionality. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a hob, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, complemented by a practical dining table. The living area invites you to relax, with cable TV and free Wi-Fi, creating the perfect setting to unwind after exploring the city.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of the entire space.



The Neighborhood:

Immerse yourself in Porto’s vibrant atmosphere from our apartment on Rua de Sá da Bandeira. With a prime location in the heart of the city, you will be just steps away from the historic Teatro Sá da Bandeira and the majestic Avenida dos Aliados, where you can admire the impressive architecture of the City Hall. The famous Rua de Santa Catarina, the centre of shopping and local gastronomy, is literally around the corner, allowing you to visit the iconic Capela das Almas and enjoy a traditional coffee at the renowned Majestic Café.



In just ten minutes on foot, you will reach the riverside area, perfect for an unforgettable stroll along the Douro River, where you can admire the historic bridges and the traditional rabelo boats. If you wish to spend a day by the sea, the stunning Foz do Douro, with its boardwalks and oceanfront terraces, is only a fifteen-minute drive away.



Our space has been carefully prepared to provide comfort and tranquillity after long days of exploring, featuring modern amenities that ensure a relaxing stay. This is the perfect base from which to experience the very best Porto has to offer, combining proximity to the city's most important attractions with the convenience of being located in an authentic and lively neighbourhood.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with the bus and metro stations just 500 metres from the apartment. Explore the city effortlessly using public transport. For those who prefer to drive, paid parking options are available nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is a short distance away, approximately 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport, making your travel even more convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection takes place at our Welcome Center at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto, where you can meet our staff. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of rule violations such as smoke smell, ashes, or cigarette butts, a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied.



Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



A breakfast service is also available and can be delivered to the apartment each morning upon request, with pricing available upon consultation.



Losing the key will result in a charge to be determined. If keys are left inside the apartment and our team needs to unlock the door, a fee of 40 euros will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock, requiring technical intervention, the cost will be provided upon consultation.



For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utility cost limit of 150 euros covering water, electricity, internet, and TV services. Any amount exceeding this limit must be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected. We offer a transfer service to take you directly to the apartment, available upon request with a cost to be confirmed.
