The Space:

The studio features a modern and functional design, ideal for couples or individual travellers. The space consists of a comfortable double bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep, and a flat-screen television with cable channels for entertainment. Internet access is provided via free WiFi. The private bathroom has a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials for preparing your meals, including kitchen utensils and basic appliances. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom with a double bed, the full bathroom, and the kitchen.

Just a few steps away, a 5-minute walk, you will find the iconic Café Majestic and the historic Coliseu do Porto, perfect for an authentic experience. Indulge in the famous francesinhas at Café Santiago and the tasty sandwiches at Casa Guedes, both less than 500 metres away. Bolhão Station, with access to the underground, is only 400 metres away, making it easy to explore the city. Enjoy the vibrant local life, with a variety of restaurants, shops and attractions on your doorstep. Explore the best that Porto has to offer, with convenience and charm.



Getting Around:

Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple modes of transport. The flat is located near Bolhão metro station and São Bento railway station, providing quick and easy connections. Buses also stop nearby, making getting around the city simple and affordable. For parking, there are paid parking options in the vicinity. The apartment is located at Rua Formosa 102 1ºD - Apartment 1.1, Porto, Porto 4000, Portugal.

Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a charge will apply (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s help to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon consultation.



For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit on expenses for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package, which is €150. Any excess amount will be covered by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access for the host's staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.



We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
