Apartment in the center of Porto, a few meters from the Bolhão market, important historical monuments and varied points of traditional trade and services.

Rua de Santa Catarina (the city's main shopping street) is just a 5-minute walk away. Have the perfect stay in the heart of the city and enjoy the best that the city has to offer, without having to resort to transport.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, has a modern decor, all rooms are large and with natural lighting.

The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, blackout curtains, a private balcony facing Fernandes Tomás street, heating and a bathroom with shower, towel dryer and washbasin.

Between the bedroom and the living room there is a corridor with a short flight of stairs and a bathroom with washbasin and toilet. Next to the entrance there is a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes line and iron.

The living room has high windows to the rear of the building, has a spacious and comfortable sofa bed (suitable for children to sleep), heating, a dining area, TV cabinet, bookcase with games and books and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a great stay in Porto (including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others).

All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of € 20 paid in cash and during checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
