The open-concept kitchen is ideal for sharing meals and conversations, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes — including an oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

The sleeping area provides a restful retreat with a comfortable double bed and practical storage for your belongings.

The bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, adding those extra touches of comfort to make you feel at home.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This part of Porto offers a lively yet authentic atmosphere, where traditional shops and modern conveniences blend seamlessly. Visitors will find a mix of local cafés, bakeries, and small restaurants serving regional specialities, making it a great place to experience the flavours of everyday Porto life. The architecture combines old townhouses with contemporary touches, giving the area both character and charm.

Its central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. From here, it’s easy to reach historic landmarks, bustling markets, and cultural attractions, while still enjoying a more residential feel. It’s a place where tourists can experience the rhythm of local life, away from the busiest streets, yet close enough to walk or quickly travel to Porto’s main highlights.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
