Villino Vanessa is 200 meters away from the beaches of Torre
Lapillo and near the city centre and it`s the ideal solution for a
relaxing holiday. It was renovated recently and is equipped with
accessories such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and air conditioning in every room. It accommodates up to 5 guests. Pets are not allowed.

Villino
Vanessa is a recently-renovated holiday home. It is furnished with
modern and refined elements, following the most recent criteria of the
international tourism. It is introduced by a paved small porch with outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.
The holiday home consists of a living room with dining area, sofa bed
and open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine.
The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which
consists of 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 double bedroom with tv and air conditioning and 1 twin bedroom with access to the porch.

The holiday home is in the centre of Torre Lapillo,
200 meters away from the beach. The amenities are within walking
distance from the apartment, allowing to spend the whole holiday by the
sea in Salento without using the car.
The holiday home is a short
drive away from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Torre Castiglione
and the beach establishments of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, which
is 6 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
