floor and it`s independent, but it shares with the other units, the playground, the parking space, internet connection. Bilo Lux Primo Piano can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area and open kitchen and sofa bed for two guests. The hallway divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, there is a furnished balcony with table and chairs.

Just like every other unit in Absolute Apartment, Bilo Lux Primo Piano is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, alarm system, internet connection and mosquito nets on doors and windows. into night clubs on the beach.






- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
