'Friendly staff and clean, serviceable room and amenities. However, the rooms are very basic and mine looked out over a large unsightly flat roof at a semi-truck car park. The property appears to be part of a truck stop in an industrial/commercial part of town far from walkable shops. 'The value of the hotel is way more than my expectations! Spacious and clean . Complimentary drinks and soups, breakfast included . Great location by Columbia river. Difinitly return and highly recommend it'

'The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. 'Room was clean and decent. Bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant at check-in, no other interactions with them. Parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle and the lot tends to fill up fast due to the steak house restaurant that is right there as well.'

'Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again.'

'This was a unique place to stay for a night after flying into Portland. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. You can hear the music from downstairs but they don’t play too late. There was a band playing in the saloon during our stay so they had a cover charge to get into the saloon that was not included in your hotel stay. Luckily they had an outdoor area that is feee to sit at and eat.'
