This fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms and a private back yard space. Located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood at the base of Mt. Williams. Just a few minutes from Nike, Intel and 10 miles from downtown Portland. 2 miles to old downtown Beaverton.

Beautifully updated master bath with glass shower surround and updated guest bath with deep soaking tub. Off-street parking and lots of parking on street.

No access to the garage.

If you have never seen one up close before, I urge you to come take a look. They are larger than any flying bird you will ever see, unless you go to Peru. If that doesn't suit your fancy, I will tell you that, as with all big birds, if you wait around long enough, they will do something so awe-inspiring that it will take your breath away, and something so goofy that you will laugh out loud. The house was perfect for what we wanted. We went so we could bring Thanksgiving to our son, who could not make it home, and had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were even a few sharp knifes. Most of the places we have stayed, while often very nice, never have sharp knifes. It seems small but when you cook it makes a difference.
