The Space:

Welcome to the Hawthorne Hangout!

We are tucked right into the heart of the SE Hawthorne district with shops and dining to explore.



Step out the front door and you’re minutes away from the legendary Bagdad Theater, the shelves of Powell’s Books, and more vintage shops and food carts than you can fit into one weekend. If you need to head across the bridge to Downtown or the Pearl District, plan your trip around current traffic.



The Setup

This 2-bedroom main-floor duplex apartment is set up to be the perfect home base for families, work trips, or a weekend getaway with friends.



Sleep tight: We have three beds with linens and pillows. 2 private bedrooms with queen size and 1 double bed tucked into a living room nook.



Stay charged: No hunting for outlets—the nightstands have built-in USB ports for your phones and gear.



Eat in: Our kitchen has stainless appliances and a big table that seats 6. We’ve stocked it with plenty of coffee pods, cookware, and dishes to make your mornings easy.

Parking: We have a private driveway; the designated gravel/front area is tight. Street parking is subject to posted signs and open spaces.



Access: There’s a short flight of stairs to get inside.



The Vibe: We love being in the middle of the action, but since it’s a vibrant urban area, you’ll definitely hear the "hum" of the city and nearby traffic.
