The space
Welcome to our Boho Forest Hideaway, a space we are excited to share with you! This warm and enchanting cabin has been thoughtfully and artfully styled to make your stay inviting and comfortable. This home has been passed down through artists, musicians, and makers, lovingly crafted to inspire you.

This place is ideal for a staycation or as a central point of departure for all this region has to offer and comfortably sleeps 4 people. We have a covered creek side back porch with panoramic forest view, rocking chairs, and patio table for enjoying morning beverages. We are family friendly, pet friendly and offer high-speed wi-fi. Close to hiking and river trails, dog parks, mountain sports, waterfalls, and the city. 18 minutes to airport and 8 minutes to Max train.

The main living room has a large L-shaped couch for stretching out on, and a TV with Roku for all streaming services including Netflix, Peacock, HBO, Prime, and Hulu allowing you to watch movies and unwind. The wood stove offers cozy vibes with LED candles inside, but is not operational for fires. Vaulted ceilings and windows make this space feel grand and let in lots of light!

The kitchen is fully equipped with Ninja coffee system for hot coffee, cold brew, and tea, a French Press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric tea kettle, blender, electric oven range with griddle, as well as basic cooking and baking pans, Tupperware, and dishes. Coffee and tea are furnished for you to start or finish your day. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar, and some condiments and spices are provided. The kitchen has a two seat bar, as well as a breakfast nook/table.

The main bedroom is a lofted space, open, bright, with vaulted ceiling. There is a queen bed with a down comforter and memory foam mattress as well as a full dedicated work space/desk if you have to work during your stay. Note: Children will need to be carefully watched in the loft area.

The second sleeping space/den is a TV free space gaming den and reading room, with a cozy couch and ample family games and books to peruse. The couch unfolds to a very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter. Bedding for the second bedroom is kept in a large basket in the den, while extra pillows are in the upstairs closet. Our goal will be to have it made for you if you have four guests, but could potentially be self set-up. The large L-shaped couch in the living room is comfortable for two people to sleep on as well.

Free parking, self-check-in, long term stays allowed.

Guest access
Full use of full home, back porch, yard, fenced pet yard. The workshop/storage studio in backyard is locked as well as laundry room and not for guest use. If you have a laundry emergency, let me know!

Other things to note
Additional Notes:

*Guests have self-check in access at the front door through a coded lock box. Free parking for 3-4 cars in front.

*Window AC unit installed for summer months but this place stays nice and cool year round. We have a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. We have central heat and space heaters for really cold nights. Climate controlled and comfortable.

*No parties or events please. While they cannot really be seen from the property, we do have neighbors, so please be respectful of their needs for peace and quiet as well.

*Let us know if you expect to have visitors beyond the people listed on the reservation.

*Dogs are allowed, but if you have more than two let us know first. I have prepared a dog basket with some towels, dog bowls, and a few toys for communal use. While we clean thoroughly between each guest, we cannot guarantee at any given time that the cabin will be free of any pet dander. Due to allergies, we are unable to host cats. Try to keep dogs off of elevated fabric surfaces i.e. couch, bed , etc. unless you lay down a towel or sheet first. While dander is inevitable, cleans between guests run smoother this way.

*Dogs and children must be supervised while on the property grounds at all times. Please ensure they do not wander into the forest as we have seen coyotes on the property in the past. Keep an eye on them!

*Guests booking must be 21 or older.

*Access to all listed TV streaming subscriptions can change at any time

*We do not get snow very often in the winter months, but sometimes do! The street to the cabin is a regular road, and the driveway is a gravel base but it's always a good idea to carry chains in winter months.

*To keep dirt at a minimum we ask that you remove your shoes when entering the cottage & please wipe your dogs feet and body especially if it’s wet outside. We will provide a boot tray for muddy shoes near the door.

*Important Note: Children will need to be carefully watched in the loft area. There are openings in the railing that they could easily fall from. In fact, I would say the upstairs is not safe for children to be left alone at all.

*The cabin is on a septic system. We ask you to not flush anything besides TP down the toilet and use the drain catcher in the kitchen sink for food waste. No feminine products, Qtips, wet wipes, or other things should be flushed besides TP.
